For all hourly projects, offers will be presented with an estimated number of hours and a price ceiling that will not be exceeded, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Property Bookkeeping
Accrual - Full Balance Sheet

Understanding Our Pricing
Pricing is based on full-cycle accounting with tax-ready Balance sheets prepared for your CPA firm.
Pricing varies based on the following:
- Portfolio composition: Base pricing assumes an average property size of 50 units. Portfolios with higher average units per property require less work and will be priced accordingly.
- Scope of work: Our pricing reflects full-cycle accounting including complete Balance Sheet reconciliation and tax-ready financials. Clients that require only property-level cash basis trust accounting (no Balance Sheet work) will receive adjusted rates.
- Transaction volume: Property activity levels and complexity
- Systems & processes: Current state of your accounting infrastructure
This ensures you pay for the actual work required-not an arbitrary per-unit rate that may over or under charge based on your specific situation. Contact us for a customized quote.
